3. Use Dental Floss:
Usually, a small force is sufficient to dislodge the 3D print however if that’s not possible, use a piece of dental floss. Simply hold the dental floss between your hands and place it at the back of your print, close to the bottom, then slowly pull it towards you.
The wax coating on dental floss allows it to slip between your print and the build plate without damaging either surface. Just be careful not to cut yourself on the sharp edge of the floss as you pull it through!

Just be careful not to leave your print in the freezer for too long, as excessive cooling can cause warping.
